All items are Final Sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of verified defects
Defects
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48–72 hours of delivery) and include:

Order number / proof of purchase

Clear photos or videos showing the issue (outer box, inner packing, product close-ups)
We will promptly coordinate with the supplier to provide an appropriate resolution in line with their policy and inventory (e.g., replacement, parts, repair, or refund).
For confirmed defects, we cover reasonable return shipping. Non-defect cases are not eligible for return.
Inner Seal / Shrink Wrap
Due to the nature of the products, once the inner seal or shrink wrap is opened, removed, or tampered with, the item becomes ineligible for return or refund (defect cases excepted with required evidence under the process above).

Keep all original packaging until you confirm the item is correct and undamaged.
